The Sculpture Walk is an exciting exhibit of outdoor sculptures displayed year-round in downtown St. Joseph. Artists place their sculptures in the program for one year, allowing the public to vote for their favorite. Tour maps available at Allied Arts Council, 118 S. 8th St. or the Visitors Bureau offices, 911 Frederick.

A monthly celebration of arts, music and culture in our beautiful historic downtown held on the first Saturday of each month. Enjoy exploring our locally owned, one of a kind, shops, cafes and restaurants while discovering a new and fun side of St. Joseph. How do you get children excited about scienceand math? Treat them to the experience that is Super Science Saturday! They can solve the math maze, try biology, physics, chemistry, and weather experiments, meet amazing creatures, and much more! Presented by the St. Joseph Museums and Missouri Western State University, the day will include hands-on activities related to math and science, courtesy of the faculty of MWSU, Hy-Vee, KQ2, KNPN, the Remington Nature Center, and area high school instructors.

Outlaw Adventure 5K Walk/Run

The fourth Saturday in March the annual Outlaw Adventure 5K Walk/Run event takes place at Krug Park. This event is fun for individuals and groups and provides participants a chance to challenge themselves on unimproved trails and paved surfaces, mastering obstacles strategically placed along the course. Enjoy the beauty of the park as you set out to conquer Krug.

Annual Pony Express Re-ride

Annual reride by the National Pony Express Association leaves California for St. Joseph this year. More than 550 riders cover the 1,966-mile trail in 10 days. The ride will be arriving at Patee House Museum at 7:30 pm on June 13th.
