DESCRIPTION:Join us for the last Fire & Flow Jam of the season! \nWe will be hosting our October Fire & Flow Jam Saturday\, October 23 at the Felix Street Gazebo in Coleman Hawkins Park! \nAs always\, be mindful of social distancing. This is an outdoor event and masks are not required. If you aren’t feeling well on the day of the event\, please stay home and take care of yourself spread the word and let’s all be respectful of each other’s space while we co-create and share energy. \nIf you plan to come spin fire or perform at this event for the first time please rsvp to Mooncat via text 319-594-2829\, all are welcome!!\nEvery month this event is different with a wonderful variety of performers of all ages and abilities! maybe you will join us this time? \nFire & Flow Jams are held once a month\, weather permitting. Anyone who is interested in coming to perform with us is welcome! Just message the group and show up early at the event for a quick safety meeting and gear check we welcome fire spinners as well as other non-fire flow artists\, or other types of performance as well! DESCRIPTION:The Donut Dash is a family friendly 5K+ timed run/walk through the streets of historic downtown St. Joseph\, featuring Mount Mora Cemetery\, Patee House Museum and Robidoux Row. Along the route\, participants can stop at designated watering holes to take a quick drink and enjoy the donut holes of the famous Gold-N-Glaze Donut & Coffee Shop.
