SUMMARY:Kids Summer Art Camp
DESCRIPTION:Let your child explore art-making\, the creative process\, special techniques\, and new ways of looking at art. We will make hands-on activities directly inspired by the AKMA permanent collection. \n\n\nChildren will create art over the course of 4 days\, Tuesday-Friday. Morning or afternoon time slots are available for the same week’s program. \n\nThis year’s summer camp will take place in the new Education Center and the sessions will be nature-themed! Recommended for ages 6-13.\nHOW TO PARTICIPATE\nAugust 5-8\n9 am-noon or 2-5 pm\n$150 non-members\n$125 for members with family membership or higher\n\n\nPARKINGPlease park in the regular museum parking lot and follow the sidewalk east of the museum to the education center. \n\n\nTo join the waitlist\, please email aasher@albrecht-kemper.org or call us at 816-233-7003
