Cafe Belle Epoque takes you Down Under for this week’s Cuisine Adventure.

The incredibly talented chef and baker, Claire, is an Aussie through and through and as she prepares to head off on her next adventure, Cafe Belle Epoque is giving her a proper farewell with a taste of home!

The menu will feature:

Appetizer:
• Deconstructed Sausage Rolls with Sage and Berry sauce
• King Prawns in Garlic-Chili Butter, served with Housemade Char Grilled Damper

Main Course:
• Slow-braised Lamb Shoulder in Red Wine Jus
• Roasted Butternut Purée
• Bright Citrus Herb Salad and a side of Damper

Dessert:
• Mini Passionfruit Pavlova Shells with Golden Syrup Whipped Cream and Plum Coulis
• Caramel Slice Bites with a Buttery Biscuit Base

This Cuisine Adventure will be available from 5-9 PM on Thursday, March 27th. The regular menu will be available as well.
