Circle the Wagons returns to the Pony Express Museum for a fun and relaxed afternoon of music, games, and old-fashioned entertainment. Join Ben and Dorothy for live performances every 30 minutes featuring guitar and accordion in the historic Pony Bar and Goetz Museum.

Guests can enjoy free admission and take part in a variety of classic games including cards, checkers, chess, and shut the box. Ben will also host scheduled chess sessions for anyone interested in learning or playing, whether you are a beginner or experienced.

Lunch will be provided by a sponsor and includes Marek’s sandwiches along with root beer or sarsaparilla. Floats and commemorative mugs will be available for purchase.

The event takes place on May 1, 2026 from 10 am to 2 pm, with a lunch break from 12 pm to 1 pm, at 1224 South 10th Street in St. Joseph. A second date will be held on July 11, 2026.
