Jake’s Acoustic Jam is an acoustic guitar based jam session hosted by Phil Vandel, Jeff Hofmeister, and Charles Stone at Jake’s Steakhouse and Sports Bar in St. Joseph. Performers can sign up on site and join in for an open mic style night focused on direct input only. No guitar amps are used, so players should plan to plug in direct and sing or jam along. The jam runs from 6 to 9 PM and is held the first Monday of every month. All ages are welcome.
