Join MidCity Excellence Community Learning Center for the 12th Annual MLK Jr. Solutions Summit on Monday, January 19, 2026. Doors open at 10:30 AM and the brunch and program begin at 11:00 AM at MYC/Word of Life, 3902 NE Riverside Rd., St. Joseph, MO 64505.

This year’s theme, A Homecoming of Excellence, marks 25 years of MidCity Excellence. Hear from MidCity alumni guest speakers as they share their journeys and the impact of being workforce-ready, trauma-informed, and opioid-free.

This is a free community program and open to all. Brunch donations are encouraged. Please RSVP by Wednesday, January 14 at 3 PM by phone at 816-273-5450 or by email at HelpMidCity@gmail.com. Facebook RSVPs will not be recorded.
