Pyro Flow’s June Fire and Flow Jam returns to the parking lot at Hyde Park near the splash pad for an evening of fire performance, flow arts, and community connection.
Guests are encouraged to bring friends, blankets, or chairs and enjoy a family-friendly, drug and alcohol-free gathering. A wheel jam will take place before the fire performances, so bring skates, longboards, hoverboards, or other wheels and roll with the group while performers set up.
This season’s jams also honor the life of Josh Hilliard, a longtime fire breather and friend of Pyro Flow. Attendees are invited to share memories, grieve, celebrate, and connect in community.
Fire and Flow Jams are open to spectators and performers of all ages and abilities. Fire spinners, non-fire flow artists, and other performers are welcome. First-time performers should RSVP to Mooncat at 319-594-2829 or message Pyro Flow before the event. Please arrive early for a safety meeting, gear check, and waiver signing.
Fire starts at sunset. Events are held monthly, weather permitting, and are Leave No Trace gatherings.
