This brochure showcases the 18 mile hike and bike trail throughout St. Joseph, as well as regional on-road bike routes that pass through St. Joseph. The map outlines the walking trails, mountain bike trail locations, biking trails, distances, restroom areas, breaking points and highlights the parks along the attractive 26-mile parkway system.
The trail system provides a safe alternative system for bicyclers and pedestrians to travel throughout the community. This system is parallel to the parkway system and gives the biker or pedestrian a constant beautiful scenic view as well as being free from vehicular traffic. The regional, on-road bike routes allow visitors the ability to experience the rich history of St. Joseph as they travel to points east/west and north/south.
