Kids Media Mix-Up

Put your imagination to work during Kids Media Mix-Up at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art.
Designed for children ages 6 to 12, this after-school art class introduces students to a variety of materials, techniques, and creative projects. Each week features something new as participants construct, paint, print, and assemble artwork ranging from sculptures and paintings to prints and mixed media pieces.
Projects also feature Collection Connections with works from the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art’s permanent collection, giving young artists opportunities to explore museum artwork while developing their own creativity.
Classes are held Tuesdays from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. from August 25 through December 15, 2026.
