Fused Glass Jewelry Two Class Series

Discover the art of fused glass while creating your own one-of-a-kind jewelry during this hands-on two class workshop at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art.
Designed for beginners and creatives of all experience levels, the series introduces participants to the fundamentals of working with fused glass, including safe material handling, cutting techniques, design assembly, and the kiln firing process.
During the first class on December 2, participants will design and create a variety of fused glass jewelry pieces. Experiment with colors, shapes, and patterns to create pieces that reflect your personal style. Completed designs will then be fired in the museum’s glass kiln.
Participants will return on December 9 to work with their fired glass pieces, adding the necessary components and finishing touches to transform their designs into wearable works of art.
All materials for both classes are included, and no previous glass experience is necessary.
The museum’s glass kiln was generously donated by Eileen Dyer, whose support helps make this creative experience possible.
