Remi’s Riverbank Readers: The Secret Garden

Join Remi’s Riverbank Readers at the Remington Nature Center for the November meeting of its nature-themed book club.

This month’s selection is The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett, the classic 1911 children’s novel about a young orphan who discovers a neglected garden and, while helping restore it, brings healing and change to the people around her.

Readers are invited to enjoy a group discussion of the novel in the setting of the Remington Nature Center.

Copies of The Secret Garden are available for purchase from The Story Collective. A version of the book will also be available to check out with a St. Joseph Public Library card.
