Kids Media Mix-Up at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art

Give young artists a creative outlet after school during Kids Media Mix-Up at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art.
Designed for children ages 6 to 12, this weekly art class encourages students to explore a variety of materials, techniques, and creative processes. Each session features a new project, giving participants opportunities to construct, paint, print, assemble, and experiment with mixed media.
Projects range from sculptures and paintings to prints and mixed media creations. Classes also feature Collection Connections with works from the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art’s permanent collection, helping students find inspiration in artwork throughout the museum.
Kids Media Mix-Up meets Tuesdays from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. Students may attend individual classes for $15 or purchase a six-class punch card for $75. Class sizes are limited, so advance registration is recommended.
