Kids Media Mix-Up at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art

Let young artists explore their creativity during Kids Media Mix-Up at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art.

Designed for children ages 6 to 12, this after-school art class encourages students to experiment with a variety of materials, techniques, and creative processes. Each class features a different project, giving participants opportunities to construct, paint, print, assemble, and create mixed media artwork.

Projects may include sculptures, paintings, prints, and mixed media pieces. Classes also feature Collection Connections with works from the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art’s permanent collection, helping students find inspiration in artwork throughout the museum.

The December 15 class is the final scheduled Kids Media Mix-Up session of the 2026 series. The museum lists the class from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
