Kids Media Mix-Up at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art

Put your imagination to work during Kids Media Mix-Up at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art.

Designed for children ages 6 to 12, this weekly after-school art class gives young artists the opportunity to explore a variety of materials, techniques, and creative processes. A new project is featured each week, allowing students to construct, paint, print, assemble, and experiment with different forms of art.

Projects may include sculptures, paintings, prints, and mixed media creations. Classes also feature Collection Connections that introduce students to works from the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art’s permanent collection and encourage them to use museum artwork as inspiration for their own projects.

Students may attend individual classes for $15 each or purchase a six-class punch card for $75.
