Voices of the Past 2026: Celebrates America 250

Step into St. Joseph history during Voices of the Past 2026, a special America 250 anniversary presentation from the Mount Mora Cemetery Preservation and Restoration Association and St. Joseph Museums.

The evening begins at the Wyeth-Tootle Mansion, where guests can enjoy refreshments, meet the first living history character and briefly tour the mansion. Guests will then board a bus to Mount Mora Cemetery, where costumed actors will bring stories from St. Joseph’s past to life through powerful first-person narratives.

Tours are offered at 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, and Friday, October 2. Advance, prepaid reservations are required, and tours may sell out early. Tickets are transferable but nonrefundable. The event is recommended for guests ages 18 and older.
