DuMOL Wine Dinner at revl&co

Experience an intimate evening of food and wine during the first DuMOL Wine Dinner at revl&co in Downtown St. Joseph.
Chef Jacob Hilbert has created a six-course dinner paired with six wines from DuMOL. Presented in partnership with Vintegrity, the evening will guide guests through Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, with each wine carefully selected to complement the progression of the menu.
The pairings showcase several distinctive DuMOL vineyard expressions from regions including the Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, and Moon Mountain District.
Seating is limited and advance reservations are required. Guests must be 21 or older to attend.
