Into the Woods

Journey into a magical world of wishes, fairy tales, and unexpected consequences as Robidoux Resident Theatre presents Into the Woods at the newly renovated Ruby Theatre.

Featuring music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and a book by James Lapine, Into the Woods brings together familiar fairy tale characters whose stories become intertwined. Follow a Baker and his wife as they wish for a child, Cinderella as she dreams of attending the King’s Festival, and Jack as he hopes his cow will finally give milk.

When their wishes begin to come true, the characters soon discover that getting what you want can come with consequences of its own. The musical blends humor, fantasy, memorable music, and thought-provoking themes as these beloved characters venture deeper into the woods.

Buffet dinner catered by Gina’s Catering is available with the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday performances. Dinner is not available for the Thursday, September 24 performance.

Full bar service and desserts will also be available during performances.
