Jake’s Acoustic Jam

Musicians and music fans are invited to Jake’s Acoustic Jam, a monthly open mic and acoustic jam session at Jake’s Steakhouse and Sports Bar in downtown St. Joseph.
Phil Vandel, Jeff Hofmeister, and Charles Stone host this guitar-based session, giving local musicians a chance to perform, sing, and jam together in a relaxed setting.
Performers can sign up on site using the event sign-up sheet. Guitar amplifiers are not used during the session, so musicians should plan to plug in directly.
The event is open to all ages and runs from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
