Parties on the Parkway: Sentimental Creatures and The Sounds of Many

Enjoy an evening of live music, food, drinks, and outdoor fun during the August edition of Parties on the Parkway.

This month’s concert features two local musical acts. Sentimental Creatures will bring alternative rock to the stage, followed by the garage rock sounds of The Sounds of Many.

Bring lawn chairs or blankets and settle in at Corby Pond for an evening along St. Joseph’s scenic Parkway system. Families, friends, coworkers, and visitors are all welcome to enjoy the music and relaxed outdoor atmosphere.

New for 2026, Parties on the Parkway also includes a Kids Zone with activities for younger guests. Food and beverage vendors will be available during the event, and some vendors may accept cash only. Pets are welcome. Admission is free.

Parties on the Parkway is hosted by the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce and the City of St. Joseph and presented by Nodaway Valley Bank.

In case of inclement weather, the rain date is Thursday, August 20.
